Lost & Found Pets

Each year, Aurora Animal Care and Control takes in over 1,500 animals. On average, over 60% of these arrive as lost, found, or stray animals. Sadly, very few of these animals carry some form of identification or microchip allowing us to notify their owners when they are found. Despite the unfavorable odds, the staff of Aurora Animal Care and Control work very hard to reunite as many lost animals with their owners as possible.
